Virtual Assistant Club Terms and Conditions

 

All Virtual Assistant Club members must agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions upon membership registration.

Terms and Conditions:

 

I have read the Virtual Assistant Club Code of Ethics, and I agree to comply with them. I fully understand that if I am found to be in violation of the Code of Ethics, my membership and all benefits associated with my membership will be revoked immediately.

 

I have read the Virtual Assistant Club Profile Guidelines, and I agree to comply with them in order to receive and maintain membership directory listing. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in removal of my membership directory listing.

 

Refunds:

 

I understand that Virtual Assistant Club does not offer a refund for any membership option. I agree that I am purchasing an annual membership according to the option I chose and that the membership commitment is for one year from the date I register with Virtual Assistant Club, with the exception of the Elite Membership which gives me a lifetime listing.

 

Automatic Billing:

 

I understand that all Virtual Assistant Club memberships are automatically billed to the payment method I used during the registration process. I also acknowledge that my yearly membership will automatically renew until I provide a cancellation notice to Virtual Assistant Club.

*The exception is the Elite Membership which is a one-time payment and does not incur any additional billing or fees.
